Town Hall 18 army
A Town Hall 18 army — six heroes, a siege, and spells that match the compartment
This study is the army screen most war clans argue about once the Home Village hits Town Hall 18. You can field 32 regular troops, 9 siege machines, and 18 spells at that cap, plus 12 pets. The heroes in the hall are the Barbarian King and Archer Queen at 110, the Minion Prince at 95, the Grand Warden at 85, the Royal Champion at 55, and Dragon Duke at 25. Those are ceilings. A rushed hall with level 40 heroes is still a Town Hall 18, and it will lose to a planned Town Hall 16.
The shape we like is boring on purpose. A siege opens one compartment. A funnel keeps the heroes from walking the outside. Spells are chosen for that compartment — Rage and Freeze where the Eagle or a monolith sits, a jump or an earthquake where the wall ring is thick. Root Riders, dragons, and a queen charge are all legal. None of them is “the” army. Friendly challenges exist so you can fail on a clanmate before battle day spends the attack.
We copied the siege-first order into a friendly challenge and the queen stopped touring the outside. The star count was ordinary. The path was finally the one we planned, which is the only compliment this study needs.

Patches move the edges of this army. April 2026 added levels for ten troops, four siege machines, and six spells, and brought the Logger Guardian and the Sky Wagon. August 2026 let the Revive Spell land on a fallen hero’s icon. If a spell in this paragraph no longer matches your army tab, the client is right and this page is late. Write [email protected] or call +44 (0) 7511 776 795 with the spell name you see.
More layouts sit in the Album: a walled core, an air layer, a Hero Hall, and a Capital district. The Handbook keeps the standing caps, including level 19 walls across 325 pieces. Nothing here is a base link you can paste into Clash of Clans, and nothing here is for sale. Supercell still owns the game.
