Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Hearthline handles information when you read the Clash of Clans fan guide, send a correction, or join the short email list for patch notes. The desk is at Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. It covers readers, not players handing us a Supercell login. We never ask for a game password.
Information we collect
The contact form and the email field may give us your name, email address, a phone number if you type one, the text of your note, and the time it arrived. A note might mention a Town Hall level or a hero cap you want checked. Hosting tools can log browser type, device type, pages viewed, and a rough region taken from an IP address. This website does not take card payments and does not collect Supercell account credentials.
How we use information
We use those details to answer questions about the guide and to send occasional Clash of Clans notes only if you subscribe. Technical logs help pages load and help us spot abuse. We do not build unrelated advertising profiles, and we do not sell reader lists.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, or form providers may process it only to run Hearthline. We may disclose information if UK law requires it. Phone: +44 (0) 7511 776 795. Email: [email protected].
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or ask us to stop the patch-note emails. Those messages include a way to leave the list. Cookie controls are described in the Cookie Notice. We aim to answer privacy requests within a reasonable time on business days.
